Delivery Policy

Shipping Charges

Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking ID via SMS or email.
  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect after dispatch.

Delivery Attempts

Returns & Replacements Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • Issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Non‑Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized gifts
  • Perishable items (cakes, flowers, chocolates, food items)
  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer

Return Process

  2. Share clear photos/videos of the product showing the issue.
  3. Once approved, a replacement or refund will be initiated.

Replacement

  • Approved replacements are dispatched within 2–4 business days.
  • Replacement delivery timelines follow standard shipping terms.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only after verification.
  • Amounts are credited within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non‑refundable unless the error is from our side.

Cancellations
